Liposomes with Ammonium Sulfate Gradient
Liposomes with transmembrane ammonium gradient are useful for actively loading weakly basic compounds. These products are
shipped to users with the external ammonium sulfate unexchanged, which is the preferred by most researchers, since it gives them the
opportunity to control the establishment of the ammonium gradient. The ammonium gradient could be easily established by dialysis or
diafiltration against a desired buffer solution with a higher pH (typically pH 5-7).
Transfection Reagents: Cationic Liposomes
Preformed cationic liposomes are prepared by sonication. They are ready to use for preparing nucleic acid complexes.
