Antigen Preparation
A full length recombinant protein of FAH from mouse origin
Background
"Fumarylacetoacetate hydrolase, also known as FAH, is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of 4-fumarylacetoacetate into fumarate and acetoacetate. It is the last enzyme in tyrosin catabolism pathway. This enzyme is abundant in the liver and kidney, and smaller amounts are found in many tissues throughout the body. Human genetic disorder hereditary tyrosinemia (HT) is associated with FAH deficiency and liver/ kidney dysfunction. "
PURIFICATION
The Rabbit IgG is purified by Epitope Affinity Purification
|
SPECIFICITY
This antibody recognizes ~47 kDa of mouse FAH protein. The other species are not tested.
|
FORMULATION
This affinity purified antibody is supplied in sterile Phosphatebuffered saline (pH7.2) containing antibody stabilizer
|
STORAGE
The antibodies are stable for 24 months from date of receipt when stored at –20oC to –70oC. The antibodies can be stored at 2oC-8oC for three month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.
